Product Inspection & Replacements

Grace & Pages will provide a FREE replacement of the same item if the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, subject to verification and compliance with the requirements below.

REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure a fair and smooth process, all replacement claims must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Unboxing Video Required
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is required.
The video must:
1. Start before the parcel is opened
2. Clearly show the shipping label
3. Capture the item’s condition immediately upon opening

Inspection-Only Use
The product must be in original packaging and new.
Extended use is considered acceptance of the product and voids replacement eligibility.
Report Within 7 Days
Claims must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery and immediately upon discovery of the issue.
No Replacements for Used or Tampered Products
Products that are heavily used, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for replacement.
Damage Must Be Evident Upon Unboxing
Damage or defects must be clearly visible during the unboxing video.
Issues caused by mishandling after receipt are not covered.
